The Wendy House in Anstruther is a recently refurbished holiday cottage situated directly on the seafront of this popular coastal town. In addition to the stunning sea views the property offers spacious, charming and quirky accommodation. Sleeps up to 6.
Overview:
Set over 2 floors, The Wendy House provides particularly stylish and well-appointed comfort, and benefits from its own secure private courtyard garden overlooking the sea. The charming holiday cottage, located in Cellardyke, is only a few minutes walk to Anstruther front, where you will find the harbour, restaurants, shops and of course the famous Anstruther Chip shops.
Accommodation includes; spacious lounge with king size sofabed, modern fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin), 2 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite). Bed linen and towels are included.
The area, known as the East Neuk of Fife, is noted for quality food and drink and is also an artists's haven. There are several picturesque fishing villages along the scenic coastline, as well as beaches, walks, fishing, sailing and diving. Boat trips are also available to the May Isle where you can see the puffins.
Although Anstruther affords most conveniences including a couple of supermarkets, extended shopping can be found in nearby St Andrews - within 15 minutes drive. And, as befits the home of golf, there are numerous courses for all standards of golfer in the area.
Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are all within a short drive.

Rates vary between £250 - £280 per week in low season / £300 - £500 per week in high season

Booking terms:
20% deposit required to secure booking
balance due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival
payment by cheque
Minimum booking of 7 nights during July & August, 4 nights at New Year and 3 nights at all other times. 2 night bookings may be available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice must be provided in writing. The following cancellation charges apply;
30+ days notice prior to arrival - 20% of booking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of booking
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
It is advised that appropriate travel insurance is purchased.
