Set within the village of Lundin Links, the apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the local swing park and 5 minutes from the beach. There is also a local chemist, convenience store, award winning butchers, florist, gift/coffee shop, bank and post office on the door step along with the choice of 3 different restauarants within 5 minutes walk. Sport plays a major part in Lundin Links with four golf courses within 1 mile of each other, bowling club, sailing club in nearby Lower Largo and the Lundin Links sports club.
Accommodation comprises; entrance vestibule, large living room with bay window, 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x bunk beds and additional pull out bed), 1 x ensuite shower, kitchen, bathroom with bath, large garden to rear.
Lundin Links is a great location from which to explore this lovely coast and the popular towns and villages including Elie, St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Crail and St Andrews. Edinburgh is approx. 45 minutes - 1 hour drive away. Lower Largo, which is only 5 minutes away, is the birthplace of Robinson Crusoe.

Up to 3 nights - 60% of weekly rate
4 nights - 70% of weekly rate
