There are two enormous double height living spaces at each end, one with an open fire and the other with a wood burning stove. They are connected by a long 70' gallery with six balcony doors overlooking the sea.
Furniture in the apartment is of a very high standard - with the Jasper Morrison wavy sofa being possibly the most comfortable in the world. The apartment has under floor heating throughout.
Walk out of the apartment and you have a choice of two stretches of golden sand. On the left is Elie and Earlsferry beach which has a Blue flag accreditation and is kept spotlessly clean. On the other side is Ruby cove - quieter and very beautiful. 100m away is a well equipped Watersports Centre where you can hire everything from sailing boats to mountain bikes. Elie's sheltered harbour is ideal for sailing and windsurfing.
