Temple Crescent in Crail is a beautiful three bedroom holiday home in the pretty village of Crail in North East Fife. This property is furnished to a very high standard and is complete with both front and rear gardens and off street parking. Sleeps up to 6. Available all year round for short term holiday let rentals.

Crail itself is famed for its quiet and unspoilt charm. The 16th Century Dutch built harbour with its original pier, fishing cottages and red pan tile roofs has featured in many magazines, photographs and films. A coastal walk which takes its path through Crail to St Andrews offers stunning views out to sea.
GROUND FLOOR:
Large Family Lounge: with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and modern fireplace.
Kitchen: spacious and light with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
Dining Room: comfortable rooms ideal for entertaining with dining table and chairs to seat six.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

Rates:
High Season: £750 per week / Mid Season: £600 per week / Low Season: £550 per week

Booking terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental is required at the time of booking which we shall deduct from a debit / credit card details entered in the booking form. The balance, along with a security deposit of £100 (inc VAT), will be deducted from your debit / credit card 6 weeks prior to your check in date. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the check in date; the total rental is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made by the occupier must be made via email or in writing to letting agents. In the event of a cancellation the following terms and charges will apply:
- Cancellation within 42 days of check in date; total rental forfeited (£100 security deposit refunded)
- Cancellation prior to 42 days of check in date; only the 30% deposit refunded
It is advised that appropriate travel insurance is purchased.
