Mains of Taymouth Country Estate is a private, family run estate in Highland Perthshire offering the very best in self catering accommodation. We have a selection of 4 & 5 star houses ranging from a 1 bedroom cottage to a large 5 bedroom family house with pool table, hot tub & sauna.
Mains Cottages - The stunning courtyard 19th Century traditional buildings have been tastefully renovated into luxury 4 & 5 Star self catering holiday cottages amongst the very finest anywhere in Scotland. All are equipped to the very highest standard and include central heating, wood burning fires and everything you could possibly need. The delightful and comprehensive choice of luxury cottages varies from cosy 1 bedroom 'The Bothy' to extensive and luxurious 5 en-suite bedroom 'Mains Park Court' with Finnish sauna chalet and hot tub on the deck. Castle Gardens - Castle Gardens is a fabulous collection of contemporary 3 bedroom, all ensuite, mews-style houses at Mains of Taymouth where we can offer you a truly memorable holiday in spectacular scenery, a stone's throw from the loch and river Tay, in Scotland's most prestigious area. The Courtyard bar, restaurant, delicatessen and gift shop just down the lane, the river and Loch Tay a stone’s throw away and on our estate we also have our own Kenmore Golf Course and Taymouth Riding Stables.
The conservation village of Kenmore is a few minutes’ walk with its safe, sandy beach and boating centre.
We are surrounded by superb scenery and lovely walks, from a short stroll by the river to scaling many nearby Munros.

Rates:
Prices range from £675 to £3250 per week, depending on size of house and time of year.
Many of our houses offer short lets all year round and The Gallops apartments are available for a minimum 1 night stay.
Dogs welcome in many of our houses at a daily charge of £5, by prior arrangement only.
Bedlinen, towels and utilities included.
