Bedroom 1: large twin room with two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobes, desk and chair
Bedroom 2: good sized room with single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair
Bedroom 3: this master room has a wonderful view over the town and contains double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair
Bathroom: with bath, shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin
Kitchen: compact but well equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven.
To the rear of the property ther is a private garden area consisting of lawn with clothes line, patio and barbeque.
The accommodation is situated on South Street which hosts a number of restaurants, bars and cafes including the award winning Janettas Ice Cream Parlour - established in 1908 and host to some 52 flavours of ice-cream! At the far end of the street lies a handful of boutiques and gift shops as well as some well known high street names. A short stroll in the opposite direction takes you to the ruins of St Andrews Cathedral. Founded in 1158 the site not only holds a fascinating history to delve into but also strikes an impressive standing on the landscape.
