The Ruin, Tullicro, Aberfeldy is a traditional stone hillside cottage with 4 double bedrooms plus converted loft. Set in pastoral tranquility with long views to forested hills - only 2.5 miles from the charming town of Aberfeldy. Sleeps 8 plus 4 in loft.

Overview:

The Ruin, Tullicro is a wonderful, large traditional stone hillside holiday cottage which has been rebuilt to luxury standards set amongst a cluster of 17th / 18th Century buildings, on a south facing slope of the upper Tay Valley. The surrounding area offers 'a real touch of Scotland' with mountains, hills, valleys and lochs to explore along with many activities including walking, fishing, golf and outdoor sports. And when you just want to get away and unwind, the house and garden offer the perfect place for relaxing in peace and tranquility.

Accommodation includes; split level lounge and kitchen (‘Chalon’ Edwardian style) with slate and oak floors. South facing patio doors looking over the valley. Comfortable lounge suite, and dining area. TV/dvd/cd surround sound system. Outside patio and BBQ area, with large rockery and extensive lawns. Well equipped kitchen with good quality crockery etc. Britannia electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, rice cooker, mixer, toaster.

4 Double or twin rooms (linked beds) 3 ensuite, plus luxury bathroom, also loft (by ladder) with 2 singles and comfortable 5ft bed settee.

Utility with drying rack, sink and washing machine. Outdoor boot and drying room with tumble dryer. Tall fridge, tall freezer. Asda and Tesco both deliver online!

The Ruin was lovingly built by the current owners for their retirement with their larger family in mind! It is ideal for groups of family / friends, business or leisure.

14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking
