It is a leafy, fairly quiet, residential area only minutes from the centre of town, visitor attractions and festival venues, offering the opportunity to explore Edinburgh at your own pace. The Meadows and Bruntsfield Links provide open spaces to play, relax or picnic while Marchmont itself is a lively community with numerous and varied cafes. There are wonderful amenities for self-catering including a wide variety of takeaways and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as supermarkets only minutes from the flat.
Accommodating four to six people, accommodation comprises;

Booking terms:
10% deposit required to secure booking
Balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival along with £100 refundable security deposit (to cover eventual breakage or damage and any extra cleaning required if the accommodation is not left reasonably clean and tidy as found).
Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then full payment is due to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
30+ days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
Notice must be made in writing and acknowledged by The Roseneath Apartment.
