Enjoying every modern convenience and within easy reach of the famous championship courses of St. Andrews, Gleaneages and Carnoustie, this property is ideal for the keen golfer. In addition Winter sports are available at Glenshee (including Skiing - weather permitting) less than 35 miles away and fishing and watersports are in abundance in the surrounding area.
Accommodation comprises spacious circular lounge with feature gas fire, writing desk and large flat screen television, well equipped dining kitchen with feature fireplace, large double bedroom with 'tree of life' contemporary style poster bed, built in wardrobes, feature fireplace, luxury bed linen and dressing gowns, modern bathroom with shower over bath.
