Superb self-catering holiday accommodation next to Stirling Castle in Central Scotland. Set in a conservation area with pubs and restaurants just a minute's walk away, this lower apartment is in a quiet area of the elevated Old Town.
The apartment comprises; double bedroom, lounge with double sofabed, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with electric shower. To the rear is a communal garden which can be utilised by all guests.
History is alive in the streets of the Old Town, winding upwards to the Castle and Old Town Jail, an imposing 19th century prison which is now a fascinating visitor attraction. Stirling is perfect for visiting many historic attractions including the site of Braveheart - Sir Willliam Wallace's greatest victory and an ideal base for exploring the Trossach's National Park including Loch Lomond.
Stirling is only 30 minutes by train from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
