Comprising: Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The separate lounge extends the full length of the house and adjoins the open plan kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen comprises superb German Units matched to utilities of the highest standards which make for a superior cooking and dining experience.
On the first floor the large family bathroom contains a full sized bath and separate power shower. There is a utility room equipped with new washing machine and tumble dryer.
Throughout the property there are LCD TVs and DVD players along with a HiFi system and separate DAB receiver. It is also fully equipped with free wi-fi access.
The enclosed private garden with separate seating area is ideal for relaxation and dining.

Nearby can also be found The Dukes, Fairmont and Balcomie courses.
