Additionaly it is just 5 minutes from the coast, which has some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Scotland, where you can experience the thrill of dolphin watching - all water sports are available locally - or head east towards the picturesque fishing villages of the North East.

Being in the heart of the Highlands, Moray View is within easy reach of Aviemore where there is hill walking for the experienced and novice walkers, ranger guided tours, skiing, mountain biking, river kayaking, wildlife centres and steam railway. For an alternative family day out, Landmark forest adventure park is at Carrbridge.
