Manola is a stunning ground floor holiday apartment located on the edge of Anstruther within the village of Cellardyke. Providing stylish and well-appointed accommodation within a traditional exterior, Manola has the benefit of a secluded courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, private parking and garage.
Cellardyke is one of several picturesque fishing villages strung along this scenic coastline and the name derives from the Scots for silver walls, thanks to the sun glinting off the fish scales on the harbour walls. Known as the East Neuk, this part of Fife is noted for quality food and drink and is also an artist's haven. As befits the home of golf, there are courses for all standards while the ever present sea provides unrivalled opportunities for sailing and angling as well as beautiful clean beaches. Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are all within a short drive.
Accommodation comprises; 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, lounge, sun room with double sofa bed, beautifully-fitted dining/kitchen, well-appointed bathroom with bath and shower. Cot available. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, LCD Freeview television in lounge and sun room, DVD, CD, broadband. 20% deposit required to secure booking
balance due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival
payment by cheque
Minimum booking of 7 nights during July & August, 4 nights at New Year and 3 nights at all other times. 2 night bookings may be available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice must be provided in writing. The following cancellation charges apply;
30+ days notice prior to arrival - 20% of booking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of booking
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
It is advised that appropriate travel insurance is purchased.
