Listing Only
Our listing only service is ideal for those owners who simply want more marketing exposure for their property/properties.
Each property is set up with its own webpage which includes information regarding the location, the property, features/facilities, pricing, booking terms and cancellation policy. There is also a live availability calendar and an enquiry form included for each property. Up to five images are shown on the web page and a slideshow of unlimited images is included. The property is highlighted on a location map for Scotland.
When an enquiry for the property has been submitted it gets forwarded to the owner and the owner then corresponds directly with the enquirer.
Discounts available for multiple properties or for longer term contracts. Please enquire.
Bookings Service
Our bookings service is fast becoming the most popular choice with our owners! It provides you, the owner, with a reliable and professional alternative to handling enquiries/bookings yourself! Perhaps you work and don't have enough time to respond to enquiries or you simply want to be able to accept credit card and debit card payments but can't justify the cost in having a card processing facility in place.
So what's included?

- Secure online booking facility (allowing guests the ability to check availability online and proceed with a booking 24/7)

Management Service
Our management service is an extension of our booking service. It is a flexible service allowing you to chose which components you would like us to handle on your behalf.
Included with our management service is:
- Arrange key access for guest arrivals
- Provide welcome pack for guests (includes wine, shortbread, tea, coffee, sugar, etc)
- Cleaning / Laundry
- Organise trades
- Trade Access
