Glenlivet House Cottage is an attractive, comfortable holiday cottage located in the Cairngorm National Park near the Glenlivet Distillery. Large property providing accommodation for up to 14 guests.
Overview:
This large holiday cottage is located in the grounds of Glenlivet House, surrounded by lovely gardens and The Glenlivet Estate beyond. The Speyside Way, for walkers, and other attractions within the Cairngorm National Park, are close by. These include all the Distilleries on The Malt Whisky Trail, fishing on the rivers Avon and Spey, skiing and other outdoor activities at The Lecht and Aviemore, and miles of quiet roads and trails for cycling and motoring.
The accommodation is fully furnished with central heating, and consists of a double/twin room with ensuite bath/shower room, and adjoining small single bedroom. There are 3 other twin rooms and a double/twin room with third bed. There is a further bathroom with WC, a shower room as well as 2 separate WC's. There is also a small 'through' bunk room with 2 beds in it.
The fully equipped kitchen has an AGA and adjoining utility room, and is next to a large dining/reception area. The upstairs living room has an open log fireplace and Sky TV.
There are gardens and plenty of parking and well behaved dogs are welcome. It is offered on a self-catering basis, but The Croft Inn is just 5 mins drive away. The nearest small shops / Post Offices are in Tomnavoulin and Ballindalloch - 10 mins drive. Aberlour witha larger selection of shops is 20 mins away and Elgin with the usual large supermarkets, who deliver to Glenlivet House Cottage, is 35 mins away.

Prices range from £900 - £1200 per week depending on season
£1500 for Christmas / New Year per week

£200 deposit required to secure booking with balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
