Located on a quiet residential street, the property is a short walk from the sea front, local convenience store as well as the popular Mayview Hotel and Restaurant and the renowned Seafood Restaurant where you will not only find fantastic fresh dishes on offer with ingredients sourced from the best of Scotland's shores but also an impressive wine list! Highly recommended!
The property is entered via a main door on the street level and then up one flight of stairs.
Accommodation comprises;
FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge - a good sized room with two 3-seater sofas, gas fire with brick fire place, TV with DVD player
Dining Room - a formal room entered via adjoining doors from teh lounge and containing table and chairs to seat six and a piano
Kitchen - very smart and stylish room well equipped with mod cons, breakfast bar and view of the harbour
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1 - large room that can be set up as either a double bed or two single beds as required
Bedroom 2 - a bright and sunny room with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and large built in wardrobe
Bathroom - attic style room with sloping ceilings and including bath with overhead mains shower, WC and wash hand basin
The property has been recently decorated throughout in white and pastel colours and is fresh and clean with new furnishings.

High Season: £550 per week / Mid Season: £475 per week / Low Season: £400 per week

Booking terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental is required at the time of booking which we shall deduct from a debit / credit card details entered in the booking form. The balance, along with a security deposit of £100 (inc VAT), will be deducted from your debit / credit card 6 weeks prior to your check in date. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the check in date; the total rental is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made by the occupier must be made via email or in writing to letting agents. In the event of a cancellation the following terms and charges will apply:
- Cancellation within 42 days of check in date; total rental forfeited (£100 security deposit refunded)
- Cancellation prior to 42 days of check in date; only the 30% deposit refunded
It is advised that appropriate travel insurance is purchased.
