Garden Cottage in Cupar is a lovely traditional detached country cottage. Sleeps up to 4 guests plus 1 baby. Available all year round for short term holiday let rentals.
Overview:
Garden Cottage is a lovely peaceful place in which to enjoy the Fife countryside. It has 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It has been sensitively refurbished, but still retains many traditional features, such as open fire in the sitting room, and sloping ceilings in the bedrooms. It has full central heating for the cooler times of the year.
The charming holiday cottage is set on the owners estate, with views over the pond which is visited by many different species of animal and bird. The regulars are the ducks - 32 at the moment - and Harry the Heron. We have spotted a sea eagle and a sparrow hawk recently too. Very occassionally otters appear, and less welcome, the odd fox.
Our new tennis court is about 100 yards from the cottage, and is available for use by our guests by arrangement. The cottage also benefits from free WiFi internet access for guests to use.
The cottage location within the North Fife countryside is an idyllic, peaceful setting, and an ideal base from which to explore historic Fife or to enjoy its many golf courses or some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. The pretty East Neuk fishing villages are within easy reach, and St Andrews is only 9 miles away.
There are excellent rail links to most parts of Scotland, and Edinburgh Airport is only 1 hour away by car.
Available for holiday letting all year round.

Short breaks of 4, 5 or 6 nights available throughout the year except for July & August

Booking terms:
30% deposit required to secure the booking. Balance due 2 months prior to arrival.
Minimum booking 4 nights.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made by the occupier must be made via email or in writing to the owner. In the event of a cancellation the following terms and charges will apply:
- Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival; balance refunded if owners are successful in re-letting the cottage
- Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival - full payment forfeited
It is advised that appropriate travel insurance is purchased.
