Ferryport Farm House Apartment, located in Tayport, North Fife, is one of the town's original buildings (originally a farm house), dating back to the mid 19th Century. New to the market, this well presented property is available for holiday let all year round.
Fully renovated to modern standards, with gas central heating and double glazing throughout, this top floor spacious apartment offers magnificent view to the Tay estuary and is only seconds from the Fife coastal path.
The bright living room has windows to the North, South and East over the Tay Estuary and back garden. The living room has a TV (with Freesat) and DVD player, CD player, 3 piece suite with extendable foot rests, and dining table with room for 6.
Accommodation also includes a newly renovated kitchen and 2 bedrooms; one with a king sized four poster bed, the other, a twin room wtih available third truckle bed.
The south facing landscaped garden is split into 3 lawn areas with the top section available as a drying area and the bottom lawn ideal as a sitting area with table and chairs stored in the garden shed. At the top of the garden, off road car parking bay is available.
