Fairways Cottages Prestwick offers 3 modern (2004) self-catering cottages situated less than 1 mile from the airport and 200 yards from the railway station. Ideal location for all local sporting venues, a traditional Clyde break, those visiting on business, or for those moving home and needing longer term accommodation. Overview:
Prestwick Calling! Comprising of 3 separate holiday cottages, Fairways Cottages are fully-equipped for a family of 4, 2 couples, or 3 adults (golfers, bowlers, etc.). Recently completely refurbished and offering a high degree of comfort with immediate access to the beach, town shops and restaurants, Old Prestwick golf course for that special challenge, and the station or express bus for a shopping trip to Ayr or Glasgow.
Ayrshire enjoys many theme parks, Culzean and Dundonald Castles, Dumfries House and the Robert Burns associated attractions at Alloway and elsewhere. If you wish a trip to the Isle of Arran for scenic beauty or golf, we can arrange transfers to Ardrossan and on Arran itself.
We (the owners) are members of Golf South Ayrshire and can book tee-times at the 8 municipal courses and at all private Clubs in the area (deposits required).
All cottages are of a similar size / layout including 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, lounge with double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom / WC. There is a decked area shared by all 3 cottages and, subject to consideration for other guests, smoking is welcomed thereon (cottages are non-smoking otherwise).
So why not visit us and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Isle of Arran - just 200 yards level walk to the promenade and perhaps sample a Mancini's Gold Medal ice cream! A location hard to equal let alone beat!
Each holiday cottage sleeps up to 4 guests (or 12 guests between all 3 cottages). Owners live on site and are always available for help and suggestions.

Rates:
Prices range from £325 - £525 per week dependent upon season
Bookings run Saturday to Saturday, but flexible if other bookings permit
3 nights or less at half-week minimum price
Rates negotiable for mid / long term duration bookings
Booking terms:
No deposit is required. Full payment due by cash, Visa or MasterCard on arrival.
Payment by cheque also accepted if received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Credit card details are taken (just held on record but no payment deducted) at the time of booking and will be used in the event of no-show or unacceptable damage.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be given in writing. Please contact owner for full cancellation policy.
Full payment will be due for cancellations made within 1 week of arrival unless owners are able to re-let whereby a 10% charge will apply instead.
All guests are encouraged to obtain their own cancellation insurance in the event of having to break their contract.
