Situated in a secure gated complex with great views of Edinburgh Castle, this self-catered apartment is ideally situated for those seeking a central base to explore the shops, attractions, events and nightlife.
Considered the cultural capital of Scotland, there is so much to see and do no matter your tastes. The apartment is a mere 5-10 minute walk from The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the Princes Street. Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge - debit cards are processed free of charge. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. TS Properties have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.
Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
- If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
- If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.
Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to TS Holiday Lets.

"Spacious, clean & well equipped"
The stay was very gratifying for us. The apartment has a privileged location near the Royal Mille and overlooking the castle, as described in the listing. The rooms very spacious and everything was spotless. Besides all detail natural flowers in the room and a bottle of milk to have something on our arrival. The kitchen equipped with everything, including coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and other essentials. And we had no problem getting to the apartment and access it in the instructions sent us the host was all very clear. Would repeat in this apartment if we go back to Edinburgh. (Translation)

This apartment is perfectly located to the Grassmarket, a short walk to the Royal Mile and the castle (plus the apartment has views of the castle out all windows). Whilst there is minimal host interaction, the instructions on how to access the apartment were very clear, it was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh,

The apartment is spacious and centrally located near grassmarket. Views of the castle from every window provide a constant reminder that you're in Edinburgh. There is a supermarket just across the road that makes preparing your own meals practical. Easy communication and instructions on how to access the apartment were provided.
