Edinburgh Memories is a wonderfully spacious four bedroom Georgian flat centrally located in London Street, Edinburgh. Only ten minutes walk from Princes Street. Sleeps up to six persons.

Edinburgh Memories is a lovely Georgian flat built in 1880 and is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking the advantages and economies of self catering accommodation. The architectural splendour of the 'New Town' district of Edinburgh is at the doorstep and the apartment is a great base from which to explore this wonderful city and all that it has to offer.
Located only ten minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street, many city centre attractions such as The Playhouse Theatre, The Omni Cinema Complex, The National and Portrait Galleries, Edinburgh Arts Festival venues in August, The New Year Hogmanay celebrations in Princes Street, The Botanical gardens, and The Castle, are easily within walking distance, along with many fine restaurants and retail outlets.
The flat has four bedrooms, a living room, a spacious hall, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are high ceilings throughout and the retention of some original features adds to the period character and atmosphere of the flat. The apartment is on the second floor within a traditional Edinburgh tenement building and access is via a communal staircase secured by entryphone system.
The living room is particularly spacious, measuring 22' x 15'' and with a feature fireplace and huge south facing floor to ceiling original sash and case window letting in glorious sunlight.
The main bedroom also measures 22' x 15' and has a king size bed.
The two double bedrooms are both approximately 15' x 12' and both have double beds.
The fourth bedroom has a single a single bed and measures approximately 10' x 9' at the widest point.
The kitchen/dining room measures 18' x 11' and is very bright with south facing window. Plenty of space for food storage and preparation.
The original flagstone floors are still place.
The bathroom/WC has a bath over which there is a Mira instant electric shower.
The flat is spacious and uncluttered with some period style furniture in keeping with the character of the property. The decoration is clean and simple, with white walls throughout. All floors are sanded.
There is Wi-Fi Internet access and gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are included.
It is hoped that the sense of space in this period and characterful apartment, in combination with it's central location, will result in Edinburgh Memories being a very good and economical destination for those seeking self catering accommodation in Edinburgh, at any time of the year.
