The accommodation is located within easy walking distance of George Street and Princes Street in one direction and the Royal Botanic Gardens in the other. There is excellent public transport just around the corner in Dundas Street which leads up to Hanover Street - a bus every ten minutes in both directions right across the city and up to the Castle, with easy access to the University.
Nearby shops will provide you with all you will need for home-cooked meals. However, there is an abundance of fine restaurants, bistros and coffee shops within minutes of the flat as well as welcoming pubs for your evening relaxation.
