"Great property for family get together"
We stayed here with my elderly parents, 3 adult siblings and their young children. Property was excellent both as a central base to sightsee (we did day trips to Edinburgh, Fort William and Loch Ness) as well a place to just hangout. We loved the large garden to play games and the hot tub was a hit with kids and grown ups. The interior is beautiful and has spaces if different people in the group want to do different things. We went on a hike to the local Glenturret/Famous Grouse whiskey distillery tour which was great and Crieff has several nice walks around it too.

“Excellent property for a large group of all ages and some with four legs”
Held a family (Clan) gathering at Gamefield in July, the house is very well furnished and equipped. The weather was fine, so we spent quite a lot of time in the garden, however, when in the house, it never felt crowded. The area with the BBQ was very cozy and we managed to sit 9 in their easily too, with a lovely log fire (yes in Scotland, in July, still required some heating). There are places to walk nearby, there are several paths on the other side of the road, and I would also recommend a wander round Lock Turret, although they are a bit mean with the samples in the tasting room. Crieff is well situated, particularly enjoyed our trip to Stirling. I would also recommend the local village of Conrie, very friendly, and go to the butchers before buying any meat at the super market, and the bakery is great too. Highly recommend it, we go away every year as a group, and this is very close to number one.

"FANTASTIC HOUSE - a great week"
My family and i booked this house for a week to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday. The house is beautiful and just as shown in the pictures- we recieved a lovely welcome pack and alot of help from Tracey and William regarding nice restaurants in the area etc. The house is about a 5 minute drive into crieff and very close to Crieff Hyrdo which has a swimming pool and lots of activities such as crazy golf etc it is also close by Loch Earn where you can hire a boat for a couple of hours to do watersports. The hot tub was fantastic fun and the summer house next to it has a lovely log fire to keep everyone cosey even if its cold outside. We also went to Yann's the restaurant one evening for a beuatiful dinner i would definitely recommend to others! There is huge amounts to do in the are and i couldn't recommend this house enough - anyone of thinking of staying in crieff in a big group this is the place to stay for a little luxury!

Spent a week in Gamefield, loved it so much have booked it for next year. No lodges we have stayed in previously have matched or could ever match Gamefield, it's simply stunning. The welcome we received with the log fire burning away to the departure with the owners made our 7 night stay there memorable for all the right reasons. Vey clean, scenery stunning, plenty of walks and best of all the people are there for you but never in your faces.
Don't view any more lodges, just go and book this one, you wont be disappointed.

"The big 80 celebration"
Fantastic comfortable house with the WOW factor. Felt at home from the minute we arrived. Wonderful space for our group which ranged from 20 to 80 years old. Perthshire truly is God's country. Didn't get the master bedroom as greedy sister in law grabbed it 1st with the old double headed coin trick. Next time!! Although didn't really matter as they were all luxurious. Happy & Chilled

We had a fantastic weekend here recently with a group of friends. The house is full of beautiful things, is well stocked/equipped and presents pleasant challenges for the uninitiated like cooking on an aga ( achieved ) and checking the ph and chlorine in the hot tub (achieved) operating the state of the art music system in each room (partial success only but fun trying). Highly recommend . Only thing I'd say is that while brevity in a property handbook is to be admired perhaps a bit more info wouldn't go amiss

"Magical and wonderous"
My family and I have just spent 3 nights at Gamefield for my 50th birthday . The house and surroundings are beautiful. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome with Audrey and William available if help required . With ages ranging from 1 to 82 the house and gardens catered for all tastes and eventualities ,with a large family party and space and quiet to chill out .. Cooking in the large kitchen area on the aga was a great family fun experience and escaping to the library with the modern music system was always an option.the hot tub and outdoor wood burning stove ensured the young ones could stay outdoors til the wee small hours..The difference with Gamefield and any other holiday rentals for me is that as much as everything is to the highest standard , you are not afraid to use it and let the family chill out. It truly is a wonderful place and we are already planning when to return .

Gamefield is a stunning house, which was thoroughly enjoyed by four generations of our family. The house is nothing short of luxurious - we felt totally spoilt. There is plenty of space to relax, and also to socialise, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and in terms of anything guests would need, everything is there and more. The hot tub was a huge success, even on the frostiest of nights (by the younger generation) and there were plenty of warm fires in the house once the bathers returned. You cannot help but relax and have fun in this wonderful house. The owners have done everything for guests to have a great time partying or doing nothing - residents have no excuses! Crieff is a pretty town and the surrounding countryside gorgeous. Golf, fishing, walking etc are all on the doorstep. Location perfect! I couldn't recommend Gamefield more, whether you are relatively local or an overseas traveller looking to sample the delights of Scotland.

“Fabulous House, stunning views & all home comforts”
I booked the house for a party of Corporate Guests for a private meeting. My clients are used to staying in luxury hotels and houses and this one did not disappoint. Each bedroom was well appointed with en-suite facilities. Plenty of meeting, socialising and relaxing areas to enjoy, all in the enclosed and well maintained grounds. Very easy to get to for all guests who were travelling from the 4 corners of Scotland to get there. The house was warm, comfortable and very well stocked with all that you could possibly need for your stay. Highly recommend this venue for families, friends or for business use.

“Stunning house with every luxury you could wish for.”
A stunning house in one of the most beautiful parts of the country with views to die for. One bedroom lovelier than the next and a fantastic dining room to eat in with (lots of) friends! The well positioned summer house gets the last rays of sun, just in time to pop into the Jacuzzi, with a fridge and plastic champagne glasses close at hand. Tracey was so helpful and arranged laundry changes to cope with our new guests during the week. I want to go back already! Only downside was the cosy AGA when the sun was blistering hot outside, but a small price to pay. A really exceptional holiday house.

The holiday was arranged for a peaceful and relaxing break and also to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. Gamefield certainly ticked all the boxes. Fantastic house and wonderful gardens.Lots of space to find a secluded spot for peace and quiet. The hot tub and summerhouse was well used, especially in the evening. Crieff and the surrounding area provided all the facilities we needed. Thanks to Tracey for looking after us during our wonderful stay.Fantastic holiday had by all, aged from 5 to 70 years old. would certainly recommend Gamefield and would hope to return.

"Serene and secluded"
Cannot thank Tracey enough for her friendly welcome and the genuine concern that my family inclusive of 5yr old,4yr old and 2 yr old grandsons had a great time. Thanks for fixing SKY sports . The house is just lovely so much space the hot tub is far enough away not to disturb those wanting a quiet time and the covered deck was great for evening gatherings. Highly recommended

"Beautiful and spotless"
We booked this house as soon as it had been upcoming to the market and had a very pleasant stay. The house is very clean, comfortable and offers many amenities. I personally loved the AGA in the kitchen - we do not have AGAs in Germany! It was real fun to cook with it. The children loved the Whirlpool and the extended gardens and the rest of the Family enjoyed the short distance to Crief as well as the many walking ways directly from the house. Tracey Oates, the house manager was very helpful. We would recommend Gamefield to every customers who like to combine a relaxed Country living with a superior atmosphere, really very nice!

We have just returned from our annual easter extravaganza with the extended family and various friends, all ages from 11 months to 80, we go to a different house in a different area of Scotland every year which are always lovely. This house however, agreed by one and all as the best so far (except the 11 month old who said "dada".... approval indeed!) . It was absolutely gorgeous inside and out with amazing views and a lovely garden but most of all it had an extremely cosy welcoming, peaceful atmosphere sometimes missing from holiday homes which made it extra special and feel like home for a week. That coupled with the lovely welcome from the lovely Tracey and a wee basket of prosecco and chocolates, a variety of shrivelled guests and weans from hours spent in the hot tub in some absolutely glorious weather made it a fantastic week and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone x
