16 Crails Lane is a historic property in the very heart of St Andrews. Offered for holiday rental during August, this property is ideal for guests with pets or who just want to be close to all the local amenities St Andrews has to offer.

Accommodation is on two levels with sitting room, kitchen, dining room and cloakroom (WC & wash hand basin) on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms (2 x double, 2 x single) and bathroom (bath, shower, WC & wash hand basin) on the upper floor.

The sitting room includes a sofabed enabling the property to sleep up to 7 guests. Within the dining room is  a glass door which opens out to the courtyard garden.

Car parking is not a problem either as there is free parking along North Bridge Street.

St Andrews is a picturesque and very popular holiday destination with excellent beaches, top class golf courses, boutique shops, the increasingly popular Byre theatre and cinema, quality restaurants and bars all on-hand. It is the home of golf and the renowned St Andrews University which is the oldest University in Scotland. The University sports facilities are available which include a gym and tennis courts. There is also St Andrews Tennis Club.

Approximately 1 hour from Edinburgh by car.
