Accommodation includes lounge with sofa and comfortable armchairs, a well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, garden and dedicated parking for one car. Furniture is a mix of modern and antique. Within the lounge are patio doors giving access to the garden with the mill stream running through it and the original millstone on the fringe. Guests are welcome to pick flowers to decorate their rooms and herbs for cooking.
This charming property is ideally suited for sightseeing, hillwalking, fishing and golf with over 40 golf courses to chose from in Perthshire alone including the famous Gleneagles which is only 15 minutes drive from the accommodation. The city of Perth which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as museum, art galleries, theatre, cinema and concert hall is just a short drive into the centre from the apartment as are the popular tourist towns of Crieff and Dunkeld.
