Overview:
Bayview is a luxury holiday house which has been tastefully furnished to a high standard and enjoys lovely views to the Forth and the East Lothian Coast from the top and middle floors. The house contains a lounge, spacious dining kitchen, large family bathroom, additional WC, 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and garden area to both the front and rear of the property.
The village of St Monans is steeped in history and contains all the facilities you would hope for in a small village; grocers, post office, cafe, hotel, church, fish merchants, and take away restaurant, all of which are within walking distance of the house.
Elie is 2 miles to the south whilst St Andrews is only 12 miles to the north with all the other East Neuk villages situated in between. The coastal path is only metres away making this an ideal base from which to explore everything the East Neuk has to offer.
This is a popular coastal area with an abundance of wildlife and a great place to enjoy a peaceful break with award winning beaches and of course famous golf courses.

10% deposit required to secure booking
Balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
30+ days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
