The Apartment is accessed via a front door security entrance to a communal foyer and is located on the second floor of a Victorian terraced townhouse. It incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchen with views overlooking the rear garden, a double bedroom with modern shower suite and WC facilities.
Athole Garden’s unique location in the cultural heart of Glasgow's vibrant West End, places it within close proximity to the abundance of attractions the West End has to offer. These include the Botanic Gardens which showcases horticultural specimens from all over the world, University of Glasgow which is home to the Hunterian Museum and Art gallery, the Kelvingrove Art gallery (the second most visited art gallery and museum in the UK) and the Kelvingrove park.
An eclectic mix of up-market boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, the famous Oran Mo’r, Ubiquitous Chip restaurant & bar...etc plus a variety of food halls which include Waitrose, Marks & Spencer’s...etc can be found within a radius of about 180yards from the apartment along Byres Road (which incorporates Ashton Lane and Cresswell lane).
