Overview:

The accommodation at Athole Gardens Apartment 1 is accessed via a front door security entrance to a communal foyer on the first floor of a Victorian terraced townhouse. It incorporates a large open plan lounge dining area and kitchen with superb views overlooking the garden, a rear public room that can be adapted for additional sleeping accommodation, a double bedroom and a bathroom with modern shower suite, bath and WC facilities.

Athole Garden’s unique location in the cultural heart of Glasgow's vibrant West End, places it within close proximity to the abundance of attractions the West End has to offer. These include the Botanic Gardens which showcases horticultural specimens from all over the world, University of Glasgow which is home to the Hunterian Museum and Art gallery, the Kelvingrove Art gallery (the second most visited art gallery and museum in the UK) and the Kelvingrove park.

An eclectic mix of up-market boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, the famous Oran Mo’r, Ubiquitous Chip restaurant & bar...etc plus a variety of food halls which include Waitrose, Marks & Spencer’s...etc can be found within a radius of about 180yards from the apartment along Byres Road (which incorporates Ashton Lane and Cresswell lane).
 
Glasgow’s underground facility (the first underground rail system in the UK) is located on Byres Road (Hillhead Subway station), 160m from the accommodation and offers access to the Glasgow city centre shopping facilities i.e Buchanan Galleries, St. Enoch Centre...etc within 5mins. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are subject to full payment at the time of booking.

14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking
