Accommodation Anster Neuk is a bright, 2 storey holiday home from home located within the traditional fishing village of Anstruther. The downstairs has a spacious lounge with a good selection of books, board games and DVDs to relax in front of the fire with. There is a large, family kitchen (with fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils) and dining area with patio doors leading out onto the private, landscaped garden with decking and open rural views. The garden also stretches out to the front of the property but leaves ample parking space for two cars. Upstairs sleeps 5 guests in three bedrooms (2 x double bedrooms & 1 x single room) and there are bathrooms on each floor; with a shower and bath tub upstairs, and a toilet and basin on the lower floor. There is WiFi throughout.
Area Around the corner from Anster Neuk is a children's playground and football park. Anstruther is the largest of six pretty coastal fishing villages along the East Neuk. Shops, bars, eateries are all in walking distance, along with the beautiful sandy Billow Ness beach which is perfect for fishing, sailing and swimming (if you're brave enough!) A special mention needs to go to the award winning Anstruther Fish Bar, which is reputed to have served many famous visitors, including Tom Hanks. The coastal walking route from Anstruther to Crail is the most popular section of the Fife Coastal Path and definitely doesn't disappoint walkers and photographers alike.
For the golfers amongst you, Anstruther Golf course is right on your door step, take the challenge and attempt a par at the 5th...Why it’s so tough: the inside story You’re firing blind from an elevated tee to a tiny sloping green, nearly 240 yards away, sitting next to the dark, jagged rocks of the Firth of Forth. Oh, and the fairway is pencil-slim and, like the green, falls away to the sea. There’s also knee-high rough and the wind is always against you. No wonder most locals play it as a par four – bogey is a great result here.
Being only 10 minutes drive away from St Andrews, The Home of Golf, Anster Neuk is in a prime location but manages to retain the peace and tranquility of the coast.

|James and I had a wonderful few days in Fife. 28th November to 2nd December. As always Anster Neuk was the perfect place to stay. This time we even had dry & sunny weather.
We look forward to seeing you again in November 2017.

|"If you'd like to explore the coast and need a comfy place to stay, we would definitely recommend this property."
Lovely, cosy house a stone's throw away from the harbour, famous Fish & Chip bar (highly recommended!) and the Scottish Fisheries museum, which is very interesting and well worth the admission fee. Communication with our hosts was friendly and excellent and TS Holiday Lets were even able to help us with an early check-in. There is also a folder in the kitchen containing lots of ideas for places to eat and things to do. Beds were very comfortable.

"The house was fantastic and we will definitely be back"

We had a very pleasant stay at the above property. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - just like home:) Great location for days out. We visited St Andrews, Crail, Elie and a few other nearby villages. Thanks for the milk and biscuits that you left for us. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Anstruther Harbour where there are many nice shops and places to eat. The information folder you have was very informative and we visited the recommended restaurant at Anstruther Golf Club where we had couple of lovely meals during our stay. Nice garden which if it was summer when we stayed would definitely have been used. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again at this property. Your company were very helpful in arranging an extra night when we decided to arrive a day early!

"Perfect stay for our family before wedding"
House in a quiet cul-de-sac short walk from town and sea. Well appointed, warm and comfortable. Our 3 y.o. grandaughter enjoyed garden and was thrilled that there is a play park within 250 metres. TS Holiday Lets very helpful and great communicators. Thankyou. A very happy stay

We felt very well in the house. It is very quiet und with furnishings and fitting. Thank you for the welcome tea, coffee, milk and cookies. At your first day we had no key for the back door. After a call, we got the key only one hour later. The quality of cleaning was very good. There is nothing you could do better.

Excellent accommodation. Plenty of space. Good parking space.. Close to bus stop if required. Situated in a nice quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk to bus stop and main road and only 5 minutes from Anstruther town centre.

"Thanks for all your help"
We really enjoyed our stay at Anster Neuk it was a lovely, clean and comfortable house in a nice quiet area. The house was also very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We would choose to stay again if we were returning to Anstruther and would recommend the property to our family and friends.

"Highly recommended. Great location and lovely house"
Located perfectly for visiting the local fishing villages and forays further afield such as St Andrews and Edinburgh. A nice quiet location but within easy reach of local facilities and a children's play park, beach, Anstruther and Pittenweem are all within walking distance. The property offers good off road parking, a garden which is ideal for the children and there were many nice touches, such as a pint of milk for our arrival and the supplying of basic essentials such as washing up liquid etc. Helpful instructions on how to work the TV/DVD, oven and use the WiFi were available along with a good selection of tourist information leaflets and maps. An ideal base to explore the area from.

“Excellent & Comfortable”
Just spent a great weekend in this accomodation enjoying all the comforts it has to offer. Great location, walking distance to town, very comfortable with everyting you could look for - always good to find a corkscrew ! The house is immaculate with all mod cons (a real home from home) and very well equipped. Anstruther is a lovely part of Fife and the bonus was that the food festival was on in Crail (a 10/15 minute drive). Another 20 min drive took us to St Andrews, agan another lovely part of Fife.
