It has private gated parking as well as access to the beautiful landscaped Queen Street East Gardens which have entry by key only.

Close to all major attractions and amenities this luxury self catering apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the city's main shopping streets of Princes Street and George Street whilst also being just 500 yards from the cosmopolitan Broughton Street area with its many bars, restaurants, delicatessans, theatres and galleries to name but a few.
